We will soon also be running trips to the alps for those planning their retirement, places will be restricted as we aim to take small groups thus enabling our coach and you to get the best out of the situation in an environment that takes you away from everything and allows you to think.

Throughout the recruitment process Compass will keep you informed as to developments regards your search for new and suitable employment. This includes advice on prospective employers, your own personal goals, salaries and current market trends that could have an effect on your decision or outcome.

All candidates will be fully briefed both pre and post interviews arranged through our company. Honest and accurate feedback will be communicated to all applicants based on our client’s comments.

Our aim is to be an active additional resource to our clients staffing and recruitment process, working as a consultant for both candidate and client.



Earn from a referral

Compass Corporate Solutions Limited offers £300 to anyone who introduces an applicant whom is then subsequently placed by Compass with one of our clients.

The placement must take place within the first 6 months of the applicants' registration for claims to be valid. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make.

Terms and Conditions

All claims are valid for a 6 (six) month period from the date referral is submitted to Compass.

Earn from referral is only applicable if referred applicant has not already registered by whatever means with Compass.

Earn from referral is only applicable to referrals resulting in a placement that has derived from representation of the applicants CV by Compass to one of their clients.

Before payment is made it will be verified that the applicant has completed 12 continuous weeks permanent employment with the appropriate Compass client.

All introducers must fill in and submit the authorised and official referral document to be eligible for this scheme. All referral details as per the form must be completed in full. Only at this point can official representation be made of the said referral/candidate by Compass.
